Getting Your Kitchen Cabinets Ordered

Prior to ordering, a design must be agreed upon between The Cabinet Folks and the customer. This is
the last chance to make any measurement and door style changes. Once construction on the kitchen cabinets has
begun, it is usually to late to make changes. Feel free to ask, and we'll do what we can, but chances
are very good that it will be too late.
50% of the cost of the kitchen cabinets is due at the time your order is placed.
Any requests for returns or exchanges must happen within 24 business hours of receiving your kitchen cabinets.
If the kitchen cabinets were damaged prior to arrival, you will need to send detailed photos of the problem to us
and we wll address it with either the carrier or the manufacturer.
Kitchen cabinets that are the wrong size due to incorrect measurements made by customers CAN NOT
be returned. If the measurements are wrong because of the Cabinet Folks or a manufacturer, we will of course
rectify that for you as quickly as possible.

Defective cabinetry or door and drawer hardware can be returned at no charge. If the hardware you receive is not
what you ordered, we will also exchange that at no extra charge. However, if you find that you'd just
rather have something different (you don't like the hardware as much as you thought you might, for instance)
we will require a 25% restock fee.
Shipping

We find that with volatile fuel costs, shipping prices are unpredicatable
and difficult to figure in. We will do our best to give approximate shipping costs
with the initial design and estimate.
